Just a reminder

5 years from now you won’t feel so bloated or sick.

5 years from now you won’t have such a significant fear of food.

5 years from now you might live in a new town with an amazing job and a huge house and you might be with the love of your life.

5 years from now you might love your life.

If you relapse, 5 years from now you’ll be dead or miserable, and you’ll never know what potential you had.

"The thing about sadness is that it never warns you that it will come back. You’ll end up with an aching heart again, minutes after laughing, and it will feel like you found someone in your house; someone who you thought had left."

While with family this Eid, remember those that are separated from their loved ones in Gaza, Syria, and Iraq. Remember those who have daily difficulty whilst trying to provide for their family. Whether they are spending their first or fiftieth Eid in a state of loss and mourning, keep them in your prayers.

even as a dream."

Do you ever get like super vulnerable late at night that you just want to spill your heart out and say how you feel because you’ve been holding it in for so long and you just need some ventilation and there’s just something about two in the morning that makes me lose my filter and say the things I would never have the guts to say when the sun is up.
